How can loyalty to your employer be a bad thing for you? This week's Career Coordinates YouTube episode focuses on how loyalty can potentially cause you to earn less than your peers. That's not to say that being loyal to your employer is a bad thing. Check out the episode and share your thoughts in the comments. If you're currently experiencing this type of situation and need some support, schedule a free consultation to discuss how coaching can be beneficial.
